It is a tea for quiet attention — pale in the cup, subtle at first, then unfolding layer by layer as it cools. Soft-spoken and soothing, it suits any hour.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with water around 80 to 85°C for 3 to 4 minutes, and give the leaves a second steep. Enjoy plain, preferably slowly.
