Light rose colour with gently tart cherry notes — and natural white tea character in abundance. Japanese Cherry White pairs delicate white leaf with the beloved flavour of spring cherry, inspired by hanami, Japan's cherry blossom season.
White tea's soft, subtle sweetness is the perfect stage for the cherry: the fruit reads as fresh blossom rather than candy, and the cup stays light, elegant and quietly aromatic from first sip to last.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with water around 80°C for 2 to 4 minutes. Best enjoyed plain — this is a tea for slowing down, ideally somewhere with blossoms in view.
