Strathspey Ceylon

Bright coppery liquor with subtle astringency — classic Dimbula character, reddish with golden yellow notes. The Strathspey estate, in Sri Lanka's celebrated Dimbula district, produces textbook high-grown Ceylon: polished, balanced and quietly elegant.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. Excellent plain, with lemon, or with milk — it is graceful whichever way you take it.
