Ceylon at its best is all about clarity — a sparkling golden cup, crisp flavour, gentle aroma — and this blend delivers exactly that, with the added assurance of organic cultivation.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. Beautiful plain or with lemon at teatime; it also accepts a splash of milk without losing its manners.
