Nonsuch Nilgiri Estate Tea

A southern India tea with medium to light body — a bright, brisk cup with floral notes in the traditional Nilgiri style. The Nonsuch estate sits in the Nilgiris, the "Blue Mountains" of southern India, where high elevation and a unique climate produce teas of exceptional fragrance and clarity.

Nilgiri is the connoisseur's secret among Indian teas: cleaner and more aromatic than Assam, rounder than Darjeeling, and famously resistant to clouding — which also makes it a superb iced tea.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. Lovely plain, with lemon, or iced — it stays bright and clear every way.
