China Jat bushes are the original stock planted in Darjeeling in the 1800s, and they remain the source of the region's most classic flavour: pronounced muscatel, delicate florals, and a bright amber cup with a long, refined finish.
Brew one teaspoon per cup with water just off the boil for 3 minutes. Take it plain — this is Darjeeling heritage in a cup, and it needs no accompaniment.
