Uva Highlands Ceylon

A fine estate tea from the Uva Highlands of eastern Sri Lanka — one of the island's most distinctive tea districts. The dry seasonal winds that sweep the Uva highlands concentrate the leaf's aromatics, producing a cup prized for its unusual crisp fragrance and lively character.

The tea brews bright and brisk with a smooth medium body: classic Ceylon polish, plus that extra Uva sparkle in the aroma that keeps tea lovers coming back to the district again and again.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. Lovely plain, with lemon, or with a modest splash of milk.
