Keemun is the classic China black — long a favourite of connoisseurs and a traditional component of fine breakfast blends, prized for wine-like depth in a smooth, low-astringency cup.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. Beautiful plain, where its complexity can unfold — though it takes a drop of milk more gracefully than most China teas.
