Uva High Mountain Ceylon

Full leaf, medium body — bright and brisk, slightly malty. This whole leaf Ceylon comes from the famous Uva district in Sri Lanka's eastern highlands, where seasonal winds draw a unique aromatic character from the leaf that tea tasters recognize instantly.

Uva teas combine Ceylon brightness with an extra dimension of flavour — a crisp, almost mentholated liveliness over gentle malt — that has made the district's name among blenders and connoisseurs alike.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. Excellent plain or with a splash of milk, any hour of the day.
