Dimbula Ceylon

Classic Dimbula character: a tea that produces a fine golden-orange hue in the cup and is refreshingly mellow. The Dimbula district, in the western highlands of Sri Lanka, produces some of Ceylon's most balanced teas — bright but never sharp, full but never heavy.

This is quintessential high-grown Ceylon: crisp, clean and quietly aromatic, the kind of tea that suits every hour and every occasion without ever wearing out its welcome.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. Lovely plain, with lemon, or with a splash of milk — Dimbula handles all three with grace.
