Baked Apple Rooibos

Rooibos with apple pieces and warm cinnamon flavour — baked apple in a teacup. The natural honeyed sweetness of red bush plays the role of pastry, the apple and cinnamon do the rest, and the result is pure oven-warm comfort, no baking required.

Caffeine-free and naturally sweet, it is the perfect cold-evening cup and a favourite through autumn and winter — though apple pie season, as we understand it, has no official end date.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes. Delicious plain, cozier with a drop of honey, and lovely with milk as a spiced apple latte.
