Provence Rooibos

The green needle-like leaves of the wild shrub Aspalathus linearis are fermented and then blended with an aromatic combination of rose petals, lavender buds and blackcurrants. The result is a highly nourishing, caffeine-free tea that drinks like an afternoon in the south of France.

Provence is one of our most elegant rooibos blends: the lavender perfumes, the rose softens, and the blackcurrant adds a dark fruit sweetness over the honeyed red bush base. Calming, fragrant and quietly luxurious.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes. Best plain or with a small spoonful of honey, ideally somewhere with a view.
