The result is a nourishing, naturally caffeine-free tea with a smooth, honeyed sweetness and a warm amber cup. This leaf is grown and harvested according to European standards of organic certification.
Unflavoured rooibos is the pure article: gently sweet, faintly nutty, with no bitterness and virtually no tannin — impossible to oversteep and kind to every stomach, at every age, at every hour.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes or longer. Beautiful plain, classic with milk and honey.
