Rooibos flavoured with strawberry, vanilla and almond slivers, with strawberry slices, rose petals and cornflowers through the blend. African Sunset is as pretty in the tin as it is in the cup: sweet berry and soft almond over the warm, honeyed base rooibos does best.
Naturally caffeine-free, it is a dessert-like treat you can pour at any hour — rich enough for after dinner, gentle enough for right before bed.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes; rooibos never turns bitter, so steep with confidence. Lovely plain, and a splash of milk turns it into strawberry-almond cream. Contains almonds.
