Earl Grey Rooibos

For the herbal tea drinker who has everything: a delicious Earl Grey and rooibos combination. The classic citrus fragrance of bergamot meets the naturally sweet, caffeine-free base of South African red bush — familiar and new at the same time.

Rooibos wears bergamot remarkably well: its honeyed warmth softens the citrus the way milk softens a black Earl Grey, producing a smooth, fragrant cup you can drink from breakfast to bedtime.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes; it will not turn bitter. Lovely plain, with lemon, or with milk as a caffeine-free evening fog.
