Non- and semi-fermented teas in perfect harmony, married together with orchard fruits. Jasmine Oolong pairs the creamy, floral depth of oolong with the classic perfume of jasmine, then rounds the cup with soft fruit sweetness.
The oolong base gives this jasmine tea more body and warmth than its green-tea cousins — silkier in texture, toastier underneath, with the jasmine floating gracefully on top. A soothing, fragrant cup for any hour.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with water around 85 to 90°C for 3 minutes, and give the leaves a second infusion. Lovely plain, or iced for an elegantly floral summer glass.
