Blue Spring Oolong

An imperial favourite. Hand-selected Ti Kuan Yin oolong layers notes of orchid, baking bread and faint wine — a rare and remarkable leaf, finished with mallow petals. Blue Spring is oolong at its most elegant: floral, complex and endlessly unfolding.

The orchid fragrance is the signature of fine Ti Kuan Yin, and here it comes wrapped in a warm, toasty sweetness that deepens with every infusion.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with water around 90°C for 3 to 4 minutes — then brew the same leaves again; good oolong gives three or more infusions, each revealing something new. Always plain: this tea is the whole event.
