It is the tea for the end of the evening — complex enough to be interesting, soothing enough to send you gently toward bed. Every ingredient here belongs to the relaxation tradition.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes. Lovely plain, or with a small spoonful of honey as the day's last kindness to yourself.
