Lavender Mint Chamomile

Every ingredient is a classic of the calming tradition, and together they brew a soft, fragrant, caffeine-free cup — cool mint up front, gentle citrus and florals behind, and chamomile rounding out the finish. The perfect end-of-day tea.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes. Lovely plain or with a drop of honey before bed.
