Serenity Blend

Serenity by name, serenity by nature. Rooibos, chamomile, linden and passion flower petals, lemon balm and lemon verbena leaves, anise, cinnamon, orange pieces, oatstraw and hops — a deeply calming, caffeine-free blend where every ingredient has earned its place in the relaxation tradition.

The rooibos gives a smooth, naturally sweet base; the flowers and herbs settle gently over it; the hint of anise and cinnamon keeps the cup warm and interesting. This is the deep-exhale tea, made for the last hour of the day.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes. Take it plain or with honey, then take it easy.
