Lemon Grass

Cleaned lemongrass, quick and convenient. Lemongrass brews a bright, citrusy infusion with a soft, almost creamy lemon character — all the sunshine of lemon with none of the sourness, and naturally caffeine-free.

A staple of Southeast Asian kitchens and tisanes alike, it makes a clean, refreshing cup on its own and is a brilliant base for home blending with ginger, mint or green tea.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Lovely hot with honey, and outstanding iced — brew double strength and pour over ice with a squeeze of lime for a beautifully fragrant cooler.
