A thick, hearty blend of currants, raisins and herbs including hibiscus petals, rosehips and blackcurrants. Berry Mix brews deep, dark and jammy — one of the most substantial fruit infusions we carry, with real body and a rich berry tang.
It is also a blender's secret weapon: excellent on its own, and equally good for adding depth and body to homemade fruit tea blends. Naturally caffeine-free.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 8 minutes — the longer steep draws out the full berry richness. Beautiful hot with honey, and it makes a gorgeous dark iced tea or even a warm evening "mulled" cup with a cinnamon stick.
