A refreshing blend of natural fruits and herbs including hibiscus petals, rosehips, oranges and pineapples — named for the wild and beautiful Bella Coola valley on the British Columbia coast. The cup is deep ruby-red, bright with citrus and tropical fruit, and finishes with hibiscus's signature tang.
Caffeine-free and full of flavour, it is the kind of infusion that does not need anything added — though a spoonful of honey turns it into pure sunshine.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes. Wonderful hot, and it makes a spectacular ruby-coloured iced tea that looks as good as it tastes.
