Matcha Premium Powder Tea

Our premium Matcha, recommended for traditional use — with nothing added. This is fine Japanese green tea powder of ceremonial character: vivid green colour, silky texture, and a smooth, sweet umami depth with none of the bitterness of lesser grades.

Because you whisk and drink the whole leaf, matcha delivers green tea's character (and its gentle caffeine lift) at full strength — a focused, calm alertness the Japanese tea ceremony has been built around for centuries.

To prepare: sift 1 to 2 grams into a bowl, add about 70ml of water at 70 to 80°C, and whisk briskly in a W motion until frothy. Drink it plain, as intended — this grade deserves it.
