Our regular grade Matcha, recommended primarily for use in smoothies, green masala chai, lattes, baking and other culinary creations. It delivers the vivid colour, distinctive green tea flavour and full-leaf goodness of matcha in a format made to be mixed.

Culinary matcha is bolder and more robust than ceremonial grade, which is exactly what you want when milk, fruit or batter enter the picture — the tea character shines through instead of disappearing.

Whisk a teaspoon into steamed milk for a matcha latte, blend it into smoothies, or bake it into cookies and cakes for colour and flavour. It also makes a strong, brisk bowl of everyday drinking matcha.
