Long Island Strawberry Green

A quality China green tea blended with pieces of strawberry and papaya. Long Island Strawberry Green is summer in a teacup — sweet, sun-ripened berry flavour over crisp green leaf, with tropical papaya rounding out the fruit.

The fruit is generous without being syrupy, and the green base keeps the finish clean. It is one of our most cheerful greens, equally at home steaming in January or over ice in July.

Brew one teaspoon per cup with water around 80°C for 2 to 3 minutes. For an outstanding iced tea, brew it double strength, pour over ice and add a few sliced strawberries — a pitcher rarely survives the afternoon.
