Vanilla usually keeps company with black tea, but over a green base it turns lighter and creamier, softening the leaf's grassy notes into something silky and dessert-adjacent without any heaviness.
Brew one teaspoon per cup with water around 80°C for 2 to 3 minutes. Lovely plain, gentle with a drop of honey, and it makes a surprisingly elegant iced tea.
