Moroccan Mint Green

Green gunpowder tea mixed with peppermint — the classic North African combination. Moroccan Mint is the tea of hospitality across the Maghreb, traditionally brewed strong, sweetened generously and poured from a height into small glasses.

The pairing is timeless for a reason: the gunpowder's smoky depth grounds the mint's cool freshness, producing a cup that is both bracing and refreshing. It is as good after a heavy meal as it is on a hot afternoon.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with water around 85°C for 2 to 3 minutes. Authentic with plenty of sugar, excellent without, and one of the world's great iced teas.
