Earl Grey reimagined on a premium Japanese-style green base. The tea is gently pan fired, giving the leaf a polished, uniform appearance and a smooth, clean taste — then lifted with the classic citrus fragrance of bergamot.
Where traditional Earl Grey is warm and malty, this version is bright and refreshing: the bergamot sparkles over the fresh green leaf rather than sinking into it. A favourite with drinkers who love Earl Grey but want something lighter.
Brew one teaspoon per cup with water around 80°C for 2 to 3 minutes to keep the base smooth. Excellent plain, with a slice of lemon, or iced on a warm day.
