The lychee brings a juicy, floral sweetness that melts into the jasmine perfume — the two are so complementary it is hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. Exotic, soothing and quietly addictive.
Brew one teaspoon per cup with water around 80°C for 2 to 3 minutes. Lovely plain or with a drop of honey, and it makes a stunning iced tea served with a slice of lime.
