A light-liquoring green tea, fresh and smooth with reasonable depth and body, where cherry flavouring and subtle rose hints lend a wonderfully exotic character. Cherry Rose Sencha is a graceful, aromatic cup inspired by Japan in blossom season.
The cherry is soft and slightly sweet, the rose a delicate whisper behind it — together they turn a clean sencha base into something quietly romantic.
Brew one teaspoon per cup with water around 80°C and steep 2 to 3 minutes to keep the cup smooth and sweet. Lovely on its own, and beautiful chilled over ice on a spring afternoon.
