Every element earns its place — bright orange peel up front, warm clove and cardamom through the middle, and a soft vanilla-almond sweetness to finish. It is festive without being heavy-handed, which is why customers come back for it every winter.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Beautiful plain, and takes milk and a little sugar wonderfully on a cold December afternoon.
