Vanilla is the little black dress of flavoured teas — it never goes out of style, pairs with everything, and rewards quality. Here the brisk Ceylon base keeps the sweetness honest, so the cup stays refined rather than sugary.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Beautiful plain; with milk it becomes a vanilla cream indulgence, and it is a lovely gentle introduction to flavoured black teas.
