The orange keeps it sunny, the cinnamon keeps it cozy, and the herbs underneath add a gentle freshness that keeps the blend lively cup after cup. It is a milder, brighter cousin of chai that needs no milk to shine.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Delicious plain or with honey, and it makes a surprisingly good spiced iced tea in summer.
