Secrets of India Chai

A ready-to-brew chai built the traditional way: black tea with ginger pieces, star anise, orange wedges with peel, cardamom pods, pink pepper, cloves and flavourings. Secrets of India delivers the full masala experience straight from the tin — whole spices you can see, and taste.

The blend is warming and genuinely spiced, with ginger and cardamom leading, clove and anise in support, and a bright edge of orange to lift it all. It needs no simmering pot or secret recipe.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 4 to 5 minutes. Delicious plain, and superb with hot milk and honey in the classic chai style.
