High-grown Ceylon gives our Earl Grey its bright, brisk backbone, and the bergamot is applied with a steady hand: fragrant and unmistakable, never soapy or overdone. This is the benchmark version of the world's most famous flavoured tea.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Traditional with a slice of lemon, lovely with milk, and the essential base for a London Fog.
