Traditional Earl Grey with a sweet twist. Dorian Grey layers apple pieces, mallow and linden blossoms and cornflowers over bergamot-scented black tea, producing a cup with the familiar citrus brightness of Earl Grey and a surprising caramel-like sweetness underneath.
The apple and blossoms are what make it: they soften the bergamot and add a mellow, honeyed depth that has earned this blend a devoted following. It is Earl Grey for people who like their classics with a little intrigue.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Delicious plain, and takes milk surprisingly well thanks to that caramel note.
