High-grown Ceylon is the ideal base for caramel: its lively character cuts through the richness so the blend stays balanced and moreish. This is one of those teas that fills the kitchen with its aroma before you have taken a sip.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Outstanding with a splash of milk, which turns it into a caramel cream treat.
