Unlike a pure peppermint herbal, the black tea base gives this cup body and a gentle caffeine lift, making it a great choice for a bright start to the day or a mid-afternoon reset.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. It makes a great peppermint latte — brew strong, add steamed milk and a touch of sugar — and it is just as good over ice in summer.
