Our popular Monks Blend in decaffeinated form: black tea with sunflower and calendula petals and the signature sweet pairing of pomegranate and vanilla flavours. Smooth, gently sweet and comforting — a dessert-like cup that welcomes you at the end of the day.
The base tea is decaffeinated using the CO2 process, which removes caffeine without chemical solvents and keeps the tea's flavour and body intact. That makes this one of the most satisfying evening teas we offer.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Lovely plain, and even better with a splash of milk as an after-dinner treat.
