What remains is a proper Earl Grey: bright high-grown Ceylon black tea lifted by the unmistakable citrus fragrance of orange bergamot, with the flavour largely untouched by decaffeination. If Earl Grey is your tea but caffeine keeps you from an evening cup, this is the solution.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy it plain, with lemon, or with a splash of milk.
