Effective immediately we are phasing out the vacuum sealing of individual tea packages under 500 gram sizes. We are from this point forward using a direct seal without vacuum for all smaller items e.g. 100 and 200 gram sizes. This process was never 100% reliable due to faulty package seals and customers were disappointed when receiving a package where the seal had failed. This new process is faster and efficient and still maintains full protection of your products.
