Our custom chai mix — the same blend we use for the Masala Chai served at our Granville Island shop. A combination of milk powder, sugar and our secret spice mix, it stirs directly into a cup of hot black tea for an authentic, creamy Masala Chai in seconds. No simmering, no straining, no fuss.
Brew your favourite black tea good and strong (our Assam or Siliguri blends work beautifully), stir in a heaping spoonful of chai mix, and adjust to taste. Rich, sweet, warming and spiced just right.
