Assam, in northeast India, produces the boldest black teas in the world, and this blend leans into that reputation. It is unapologetically full bodied, which makes it a natural with milk and an outstanding base for a strong morning mug.

Brew one teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. If you find most breakfast teas too polite, this is your tea.
