The Scottish style of breakfast tea has always been the heartiest of them all, and this blend delivers: deep, strong and full bodied, with the small addition of Chinese green leaf lending a subtle complexity you will not find in a standard breakfast cup.
Assam provides the malty foundation, Nilgiri a clean brightness, Kenya its brisk strength, and the touch of Anhui green a whisper of freshness underneath it all.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Made to be taken strong, with milk if you like — the way they drink it in Scotland.
