This is a proper everyday breakfast tea: strong enough to wake you up, smooth enough to drink all day, and an easy switch for anyone who wants their daily staple to be organic without giving up anything in flavour.

Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Traditional with milk and sugar, and equally good plain.
