High-grown Ceylon leaf gives this blend its signature brightness: a coppery-gold cup, brisk clean flavour, and enough body to carry you through the morning without any rough edges.
Brew one heaping teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 5 minutes. Take it with milk in the English tradition, or enjoy it plain — either way, it is everything a breakfast tea should be.
