Kenyan highland teas are prized for their brisk, bright strength and vivid coppery colour, and Kambaa's broken pekoe leaf brews fast and clean. Hot, it is a robust and refreshing cup; iced, it stays crystal clear and full flavoured where lesser teas go cloudy and flat.
For hot tea, brew one teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water for 3 to 4 minutes. For iced, brew double strength, sweeten if you like, and pour over plenty of ice.
