The maple works differently here than in a black tea: over the fresh green base it reads as a soft toffee warmth rather than full-on syrup, making a perfect afternoon cup.
Brew one teaspoon per cup with water around 80°C for 2 to 3 minutes. Best enjoyed plain to appreciate the balance — though a tiny drop of real maple syrup is a forgivable indulgence.
